• First point of contact for clients, architects and investors in Inside Sales
• Conduct initial meetings, digital presentations and consultation sessions
• Prepare proposals and craft sales arguments promoting sustainable construction methods
• Provide technical advice on ecological, vapor-permeable materials (wood, clay, hemp, wood fiber, foam glass, etc.)
• Prepare CO₂ and sustainability impact arguments to support sales
• Help shape the digital sales process, including CRM and the online configurator
• Maintain a knowledge base on construction and material topics in close coordination with marketing and technical teams
• Actively follow up and close projects – from first contact to contract
