About the role
- First point of contact for clients, architects and investors in Inside Sales
- Conduct initial meetings, digital presentations and consultation sessions
- Prepare proposals and craft sales arguments promoting sustainable construction methods
- Provide technical advice on ecological, vapor-permeable materials (wood, clay, hemp, wood fiber, foam glass, etc.)
- Prepare CO₂ and sustainability impact arguments to support sales
- Help shape the digital sales process, including CRM and the online configurator
- Maintain a knowledge base on construction and material topics in close coordination with marketing and technical teams
- Actively follow up and close projects – from first contact to contract
Requirements
- Degree or vocational training in construction/civil engineering, architecture, timber construction, building physics, building services/technical building systems or technical sales
- Experience in inside sales/technical sales, ideally with complex, consultative products or construction projects
- Passion for ecological, circular and healthy building practices
- Strong digital skills: CRM systems, online presentations and virtual demos
- Strong communication skills in German (fluent) and English (very good)
