About the role
- Lead growth across a defined territory, building strong partnerships with distributors while expanding presence in strapping, equipment, and tooling solutions.
- Own and execute a comprehensive territory strategy focused on driving volume, increasing gross margin, and securing new business while strengthening existing customer relationships.
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to lead complex sales opportunities from identification through implementation.
Requirements
- 5+ years of selling strapping and equipment to distributors with additional packaging sales experience.
- Proficient computer skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint are required.
- Experience with JDE and Salesforce.com is a plus.
- Bachelor of Science preferred.
