  • You'll play a key role in modernizing our origination ecosystem by building scalable, high-performance platform services that power critical business workflows.
  • You'll drive results in platform transformation, API development, and system integration, and your work will directly support our growth, operational efficiency, and ability to innovate.
  • Deliver scalable services and components that successfully replace legacy platform functionality.
  • Design and implement secure, maintainable APIs and integrations that support internal systems and third-party platforms.
  • Partner effectively with engineering, data, and product teams while influencing architecture, standards, and delivery practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 7+ years of professional software engineering experience
  • 5+ years building scalable backend services and APIs using Python
  • Proven experience contributing to or leading platform modernization or migration initiatives
  • Experience working in cloud-native environments (preferably Azure)
  • Experience designing and operating production-grade REST APIs
  • Background in regulated industries such as FinTech, Banking, or Healthcare is a plus
