Security Engineer

• Technische Projektverantwortung bei der Inbetriebnahme, Konfiguration und Integration der Greenbone Enterprise Appliance
• Durchführung und Automatisierung von Schwachstellenscans in heterogenen Netzwerken
• Entwicklung von Automatisierungsskripten und Integrationen über die Greenbone-API (REST/XML)

• In dieser Schlüsselrolle bist Du technischer Sparringspartner für unsere Sales-Teams in Deutschland und weltweit
• Du begleitest spannende Kunden entlang des gesamten Sales-Zyklus - von der ersten Präsentation bis zur erfolgreichen Implementierung
• Technische Beratung bei Presales-Aktivitäten in nationalen und internationalen Projekten
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Direct Sales Teams und Vertriebspartnern (Channel) weltweit
• Durchführung von Kundenpräsentationen - vor Ort oder per Webcast - auch in englischer Sprache

Presales Consultant – Vulnerability Management

• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for Account Executives in Italy and for international sales team members
• Provide guidance and support to customers throughout the entire sales process
• Offer expert technical consultancy during presales activities across a variety of projects
• Collaborate closely with global sales teams to design tailored security solutions
• Deliver engaging customer presentations, both on-site and via webcast
• Contribute to tender responses and RFPs, and assist in the development of technical proposals
• Lead Proof-of-Concepts (PoCs) and pilot deployments, demonstrating the practical value of solutions
• Plan and execute installations within complex and dynamic IT environments
• Provide technical leadership on large-scale customer projects
• Ensure seamless integration of cybersecurity solutions into existing IT infrastructures

Presales Consultant – Cybersecurity

• Research and develop code for complex, security-relevant tasks.
• Analyze characteristics and build systems for automated detection.
• Design and implement technologies for future vulnerability analysis and detection of new attack vectors.
• Reimplement public exploits in alternative programming languages.
• Develop detection and testing methods using banner grabbing, authenticated protocols, and targeted product tests.

Security Researcher

• As part of our Managed Services team, you will take on technical responsibility in projects related to our Greenbone Enterprise Appliance
• You will support our customers in integrating the appliance into existing IT security infrastructures, handle configuration and customization to meet customer-specific requirements, and set up targeted vulnerability scans
• Technical project responsibility for commissioning, configuring and integrating the Greenbone Enterprise Appliance
• Performing and automating vulnerability scans in heterogeneous networks
• Developing automation scripts and integrations via the Greenbone API (REST/XML)
• Analyzing customer environments for scaling, topology planning and deployment strategy
• Establishing and documenting vulnerability management processes according to best practices
• Conducting technical workshops, onboardings and training sessions for customers
• Close collaboration with Support, Product Management and Sales to continuously improve solutions and processes
• Regularly supporting customers in executing vulnerability management as an external service provider (operational support)
• Responding flexibly to various customer-specific processes and creating documentation tailored to customer requirements

Technical Customer Success

• Technical responsibility for selected strategic clients (Enterprise/Government Agencies)
• Advising and supporting customers in building, operating, and further developing their vulnerability management
• Conducting technical deep dives, workshops, and health checks to continually improve the use of Greenbone solutions
• Close coordination with the Product Department to develop our vulnerability management solutions based on customer feedback
• Analysing complex infrastructures, supporting architectural decisions, and developing scaling strategies
• Supporting the sales process with technical expertise and well-founded feasibility analyses
• Building a strong trust-based relationship as a technical sparring partner for CISOs, SOC leads, and IT security officers

Technical Customer Success Manager – Strategic Accounts

Full-stack Engineer

• Develop and optimize frontend components using Bun, Vite.js, React, and Tailwind CSS to implement dynamic dashboards
• Build custom dashboards with saving and configuration options
• Improve and take ownership of the existing AI-driven UI (similar to ChatGPT) to ensure continuous enhancements and an exceptional user experience
• Design and implement appealing data visualizations (Data Visualization, BI)
• Develop backend functionalities such as login pages and authentication mechanisms
• Integrate AI API calling features as a core part of the application
