Key responsibilities & impact

Build and maintain infrastructure for development and CI/CD
Automate workflows with Python, Go, Bash and YAML
Develop and operate internal tools and platforms

Requirements

What you’ll need

Several years (3+) of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, or a similar role, ideally in a software development environment
Solid understanding of CI/CD principles and modern software delivery practices
Experience managing Linux-based systems
Good knowledge of networking and relational databases
Experience with scripting and automation, preferably with Python or Bash
Experience with container technologies and orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes and Helm (or strong willingness to learn)
Structured, proactive and self-directed working style
Passion for improving automation, reliability and the developer experience
Strong collaboration and communication skills in English (German is a plus), with the ability to work effectively across development and operations teams
