💰 $75,000 - $105,000 per year

About the role

  • Facilitate and execute company-wide cash movements, including wire transfers, ACH payments, and intercompany funding across multiple legal entities.
  • Support daily treasury operations, including liquidity monitoring, and forecast-to-actual reconciliation.
  • Assist with the onboarding, maintenance, and administration of bank accounts, including deposit, escrow, and restricted accounts under depository account control agreements (DACAs), and keep bank account and signer information up to date.
  • Support the setup, maintenance, and administration of the treasury management system (GTreasury), including account setup and data accuracy.
  • Assist with hedging activities, including onboarding, documentation, and maintenance of related schedules.
  • Support the administration of letters of credit and surety bonds, including maintenance schedules.
  • Coordinate and support treasury-related documentation requests, including EIN, W9, and LEI applications and maintenance.
  • Collaborate with Accounting, Finance, and other internal teams to support treasury inputs into month-end close, audits, and financial reporting as needed.
  • Participate in treasury projects, process improvements, and ad hoc initiatives.
  • Provide general operational and administrative support to the Treasury team as the function continues to scale and evolve.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a similar field of study preferred.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Treasury required; experience in the Energy industry or similar field preferred.
  • Experience with a treasury management system (TMS) required; experience utilizing GTreasury preferred.
  • Intermediate Excel knowledge preferred.
  • Analytical and meticulous.
  • Persistent, self-motivated, independent, with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate, develop, and implement new ideas and creative solutions.
  • Strong commitment to accuracy and “right first time” approach to all work.
  • Effective problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to meet all responsibilities, deadlines and commitments of the position while working in a hybrid work schedule.
