About the role

  • Align job requirements with hiring managers;
  • Screen candidates who meet the job requirements and perform active sourcing on platforms such as Gupy, Catho, LinkedIn and via internal referrals;
  • Conduct competency-based interviews and prepare selection reports, providing relevant information beyond the resume, including competency evaluations and points of attention;
  • Update and maintain control of open positions;
  • Provide feedback to contacted candidates and keep hiring managers informed about process progress;
  • Send offer letters to approved candidates, formalizing the job offer and ensuring transparency in the process;
  • Serve as the focal point for hiring managers for updates, scheduling technical interviews and clarifying questions;
  • Initiate and monitor the onboarding process with the responsible team, including sending the offer letter and position details to the onboarding team until the hiring is completed.

Requirements

  • Degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management or related fields;
  • Experience managing high-volume recruitment processes;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
  • Experience with competency-based selection;
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage demands and priorities efficiently;
  • Clear, objective and assertive communication, with the ability to engage with managers and candidates;
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative and professional attitude;
  • Analytical ability to evaluate profiles, make decisions and produce assessments;
  • Attention to detail, ensuring the quality and reliability of information;
  • Sense of urgency combined with responsibility and adherence to deadlines;
  • Commitment to results, KPIs and established deadlines;
  • Proactivity and autonomy in managing end-to-end recruitment processes;
  • Resilience and emotional balance to handle a high volume of vacancies;
  • Focus on continuous improvement and optimization of recruitment and selection processes.
