Account Manager

• Conducting internal investigations into potential violations of Green Thumb’s Code of Ethical Business Conduct and/or Employee Handbook, including complex discrimination, harassment, and retaliation issues
• Apply best practice investigation techniques to ensure thorough, objective, and legally compliant outcomes
• Lead the ADA interactive process, provide guidance to HR partners and business leaders, collaborate with third-party administrator on outcomes, and conduct risk assessments on attendance and leave issues
• Advise People Team members (HR Partners, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards) on risk assessments, policy interpretation, disciplinary actions, performance management, and employee misconduct
• Analyze sources of data and information to identify key trends and craft action plans with internal stakeholders
• Prepare and communicate clear, fact-based recommendations to internal stakeholders
• Draft clear, concise business correspondence and investigation reports
• Maintain discretion and confidentiality and adapt to business needs
• Report to the Senior Manager, Employee Relations; mainly remote with preference for Chicagoland; travel to Chicago HQ or other US locations 1-3 times per year

Employee Relations Manager

Ecommerce

• Oversee visual site merchandising and content strategy for the Rise online store (risecannabis.com)
• Develop site merchandising strategies across Desktop and Mobile and execute tactical website merchandising plans to meet revenue and profitability goals
• Responsible for site functionality including navigation, hierarchy, search and browse, and new product onboarding online
• Identify key trend forecasts and define the story-telling roadmap using taxonomy and search to enhance the customer journey
• Utilize reporting data and analytics to identify opportunities, create actionable merchandising plans, and lead weekly analytics reviews
• Recommend site enhancements for Homepage, PLPs, PDPs and prioritize technical support with manager
• Create roadmaps for site functionality improvements in partnership with design and IT teams
• Identify A/B testing opportunities, vet test viability with manager, establish hypotheses & KPIs, and oversee test setup and execution
• Test and optimize landing page strategies by channel/market and ensure cohesive shopping experience across touchpoints
• Manage creative development for seasonal refreshes across site placements, providing business input and feedback
• Partner with Product Merchandising/Buying to translate product goals onsite (placement, sort order, etc.)
• Monitor site health and performance via metrics and dashboards and provide strategic insights to stakeholders
• Partner with CRM on email, social, and paid marketing calendars and glean insights from past campaign performance
• Support other efforts/initiatives as needed
• Report to Sr Director, Digital Customer Experience and reside on the eCommerce team as part of the Revenue Organization
• If applicable, manage direct report providing feedback, training and support
