• Develop site merchandising strategies across Desktop and Mobile sites; oversee successful execution of all tactical website merchandising plans that will help meet and/or exceed company revenue and profitability goals.
• Responsible for site functionality including navigation, hierarchy, search and browse, new product on-boarding online.
• Identify key trend forecasts, define the story-telling roadmap, and use key functionalities like taxonomy and search to enhance the customer journey on our site, telling a cohesive story to win customers’ hearts and minds.
• Utilize reporting data and analytics to identify opportunities that improve category and market performance and optimize the customer journey. Create actionable site merchandising plans or make in-season adjustments to drive growth; lead weekly analytics reviews.
• Make recommendations for site enhancements across Homepage, PLPs, PDPs, etc. to improve the customer experience throughout their onsite journey; work with manager to prioritize when technical support is required.
• Use data and impact analyses to create roadmaps for site functionality improvements, in partnership with our design and IT teams
• Identify AB Testing opportunities based on analysis of site data to drive innovation and optimization across the site; work with Manager to vet test viability and establish hypotheses & KPIs; oversee successful setup and execution of all AB Tests.
• Use site metrics to identify landing page patterns and opportunities; test and optimize landing page strategies by channel and/or market; and ensure a cohesive shopping experience across all touchpoints to drive conversions and revenue.
• Manage the creative development process for seasonal refreshes across various site placements (Homepage, PLPs, PDPs, etc.) providing business inputs and feedback to align with business goals.
• Partner with Product Merchandising/Buying to ensure that product goals and benefits for new products are being translated onsite (site placement, product sort order, etc.) in a way that is consistent with their strategies and value propositions.
• Monitor site health and performance through analytics and key metrics – You’ll oversee the development of site metrics and dashboards to monitor site health, providing strategic insights to internal stakeholders to influence the overall direction for the site.
• Partner with our CRM team members on email, social, and paid marketing calendars, gleaning insights from past campaign performance
• Support other efforts/initiatives as needed
• Manage a team of 3-5 direct reports, providing ongoing feedback, training and support.

eCommerce Merchandising Manager

Engineer

• Act as the primary corporate SME for refrigerant-based systems, providing expertise to operations, engineering, and construction teams.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, troubleshooting guides, and technical documentation for refrigerant critical systems.
• Support equipment sizing, integration, and utility planning during facility design and construction.
• Lead commissioning efforts for refrigeration, HVAC, and associated critical systems.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for refrigerant systems.
• Travel to facilities as needed to provide hands-on technical support.
• Develop and oversee preventive maintenance programs for refrigerant-based systems across all facilities.
• Monitor system performance through BMS, SCADA, or IoT-based platforms, responding proactively to alarms and trends.
• Train site-level maintenance staff and operators on refrigerant system operations, troubleshooting, and safety best practices.

Industrial Refrigeration Engineer

Procurement

• Act as the primary corporate SME for refrigerant-based systems, providing expertise to operations, engineering, and construction teams.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, troubleshooting guides, and technical documentation for refrigerant critical systems.
• Support equipment sizing, integration, and utility planning during facility design and construction.
• Lead commissioning efforts for refrigeration, HVAC, and associated critical systems.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for refrigerant systems.
• Deliver remote technical guidance for alarms, failures, and optimization.
• Develop and oversee preventive maintenance programs for refrigerant-based systems across all facilities.
• Train site-level maintenance staff and operators on refrigerant system operations, troubleshooting, and safety best practices.

Maintenance Procurement and Inventory Specialist

• 50% travel required
• Coordinate the efforts of Engineering and technical resources based on Senior Leadership Priorities and Site 90-day plan priorities.
• Work with other departments (i.e. Prod Development, Project Management, Quality, Compliance, Operations, etc.) to integrate new systems.
• Dedicate start-up management support for selected complex project integrations.
• Ensures constant updates are provided to the VP of Manufacturing on the status of projects and improvement efforts in the facilities.
• SME for automated packaging equipment, flow wrappers, beverage line, multi-combi scales, bag filling equipment, integrations, and automation.
• Conduct studies, identify problems, recommend alternatives, and implement solutions in coordination with other teams.
• Develop and deploy automated solutions for numerous processes to gain efficiency and streamline workflows.
• Provide support to Start-up facilities via technical transfer: Staffing, Equipment layout and requirements, Construction hand off, Regulatory engagement, Best-practice processes, Technical transfer related to equipment.
• Work with integrators, contractors, and site personnel to bring new functionality online and to troubleshoot issues as they arise.
• Work with site maintenance and facilities personnel to develop and execute preventative maintenance plans.
• Maintain up to date as-built records and drawings for existing and new deployments.
• Integrate existing equipment with live data stream to dashboard with historian, report generation, alarms, notifications, and live visuals for site teams to track daily production.

• Manage Microsoft 365 and SharePoint environments.
• Design, build, and maintain apps, workflows, dashboards using Microsoft Power Platform.
• Leverage Microsoft Copilot, Power Automate, and AI Builder for intelligent workflows.
• Configure and manage connectors and APIs for integration.
• Provide support for SharePoint and M365 issues.
• Monitor system health, optimize performance, and update solutions.
• Partner with IT, Security, and business teams for requirement gathering and training.

Digital Workplace Solution Engineer

Account Manager

• Conducting internal investigations into potential violations of Green Thumb’s Code of Ethical Business Conduct and/or Employee Handbook, including complex discrimination, harassment, and retaliation issues
• Apply best practice investigation techniques to ensure thorough, objective, and legally compliant outcomes
• Lead the ADA interactive process, provide guidance to HR partners and business leaders, collaborate with third-party administrator on outcomes, and conduct risk assessments on attendance and leave issues
• Advise People Team members (HR Partners, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards) on risk assessments, policy interpretation, disciplinary actions, performance management, and employee misconduct
• Analyze sources of data and information to identify key trends and craft action plans with internal stakeholders
• Prepare and communicate clear, fact-based recommendations to internal stakeholders
• Draft clear, concise business correspondence and investigation reports
