About the role

  • Strategically engage high-potential prospects across diverse communication channels, crafting personalized outreach strategies that transform qualified leads into long-term, valuable client relationships
  • Exercise discretion and independent judgment to manage and expand an existing sales pipeline, ensuring consistent progress and growth
  • Proactively track and update pipeline activity and revenue forecasts using Salesforce to maintain accurate and up-to-date records
  • Identify and assess new sales opportunities, moving multiple prospects through the sales pipeline efficiently
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales plan aimed at high-volume prospect engagement to drive revenue and enhance brand awareness
  • Achieve key activity and performance metrics, including call volume, email engagement, and other relevant targets
  • Gather and analyze real estate, transaction, and securities data to facilitate relevant and impactful prospect engagement
  • Understand and document prospect feedback throughout the sales cycle to refine and improve sales strategies

Requirements

  • 2+ years of proven B2B sales experience in media, financial information services, or related professional services industry (senior-level candidates evaluated based on demonstrated expertise)
  • Strong entrepreneurial mindset with initiative and drive for results
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
