About the role
- Update the retailer data for major shopping center lists via online searches
- Keeping the Centre Maps for the shopping centers up-to-date
- Validate and process data provided by our European field research teams
- Research missing information or reconcile discrepancies for existing records
- Perform quality control checks to ensure accuracy of data
- Work closely with colleagues across offices in Asia, U.S., U.K. and the Netherlands to learn and share best practices
- Actively participate in departmental and self-guided trainings
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or 1-2 years of work experience preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Excel; basic proficiency in MS Access or the SQL language is a plus
- Experience in data entry; proficient with internet searching and data collection techniques
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with a large amount of data, in a fast-paced environment
- Superior organization and time management skills and able to handle multiple tasks concurrently
- Willing to take ownership for ensuring accuracy and quality of work
- Strong problem-solving ability skills
- Strong knowledge of the English language
- Strong communication skills, willingness to ask questions and seek help when required
- Desire to learn and develop, and challenge the data
