About the role

  • Initially serve as strategic and operational support to the marketing team
  • Full focus on learning, research, and building foundations for creating high-conversion campaigns
  • Undergo an intensive training cycle during the first months
  • Be responsible for research, organizing materials, and market intelligence
  • Gradually take on the creation of copy, campaigns, and sales frameworks
  • Write copy for creatives (ads) after training
  • Develop simple landing pages and create promotional and editorial emails
  • Contribute to campaign optimization and performance

Requirements

  • Advanced or fluent English (required)
  • Experience in copywriting or proven results in the field
  • Excellent command of Portuguese and strong writing skills
  • Prior knowledge of Direct Response Marketing (a plus)
  • Avid reader with a broad knowledge base
  • Genuine interest in marketing, psychology, and consumer behavior
  • Organized and disciplined to handle a high volume of information
  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets, files, and documentation
  • Ability to conduct research and market analysis
  • Proactive, solution-oriented, and responsible
  • Continuous learning mindset
  • Ability to act as the manager's right hand
  • Comfortable with aggressive marketing and direct communication
