About the role
- Design presentations that win over city leaders and partners.
- Create social content (LinkedIn, Reels, TikTok, short video) that cuts through.
- Develop graphics, motion, and brand assets across digital and print.
- Push projects from first draft to final delivery — fast and precise.
- Collaborate directly with leadership in an international, cross-functional team.
- Work in a remote-first, hybrid environment on projects with real-world impact.
Requirements
- Strong command of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- Comfortable in Figma (or Sketch) for UI/UX and product design.
- Skilled in presentation design (PowerPoint or Keynote).
- Experience creating social-first content (short video, reels, animations).
- Bonus: basic 3D (Cinema4D, Blender) or HTML/CSS.
- Portfolio showing impact: decks, campaigns, motion, brand work.
- Fluent English and confident communication.
- Ability to invoice as a contractor (full-time contractor position).
