Systems Engineer

• Provide maintenance, parameterization and enhancement of TOTVS RM backoffice modules, ensuring system stability, adherence to business processes, and efficient user support.
• Provide functional and technical support for TOTVS RM modules (Financial, Accounting, Tax and HR).
• Analyze and resolve tickets (incidents, service requests and problems).
• Perform parameterizations and configurations according to business rules and legislation.
• Develop and maintain SQL queries, reports and cubes.
• Support integrations with satellite systems (APIs, WebServices).
• Participate in implementation, upgrade and improvement projects.
• Conduct functional testing and validation with users.
• Document processes, solutions and changes.
• Identify opportunities for improvements and automation.
