About the role

  • Analyze, review, and draft construction related contracts
  • Provide contract support for standard corporate agreements

Requirements

  • Juris Doctorate from an ABA accredited law school required
  • Active law license required (Kentucky state bar licensure is a plus)
  • Minimum of five years of experience as a licensed and practicing attorney
  • Construction law experience
  • Strong initiative, communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and diplomatic skills
  • Ability to analyze, review, and draft contracts
  • Versatility and willingness to adapt to changing priorities
