About the role

  • Define roadmap for software applications that align with business goals, objectives, and priorities
  • Serve as a key contributor to the long‑term construction technology strategy
  • Provide and establish team member training programs
  • Perform periodic reviews of system usage
  • Responsible for monitoring project technology utilization and adherence to operational technology policies
  • Guide the integration of various Operation technology solutions with IT
  • Maintain broad understanding of AEC industry solutions and trends
  • Participate in after-action reviews and identify operations technology system usage process improvements
  • Identify, evaluate, and oversee pilots of emerging technologies
  • Planning, facilitating and executing continuous operational technology improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year College or university
  • Minimum five to ten years of construction and related experience and training
  • High level of technical competency and curiosity
  • Familiarity with the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry technology solutions, systems, processes, and tools
  • Ability to evaluate the potential impact of technology solutions
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong business acumen
  • Understanding of key technical concepts
  • Ability to explain complex topics to leaders at all levels
  • Past experience working in construction and understanding of Building Information Modeling (BIM), Procore, Autodesk tools, PowerBI, or related construction management technologies.
  • Energetic, self-motivated individual who enjoys a team environment
