About the role
- Responsible for the overall management of projects valued at $75MM+
- Facilitate customer and team meetings and ensure project documentation is accurate
- Monitor project progress and identify issues early during budget/costs reviews
- Ensure project staff track and complete action items systematically
- Collaborate with various services to develop and maintain project schedules
- Communicate and enforce safety program on-site
- Develop risk management plans and define responsibilities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university
- Minimum of ten years related experience and/or training
- Minimum of five consecutive years total profit and loss accountability on multiple projects
- Minimum of three years’ experience managing all disciplines for design/build projects or hard bid projects
- Experience in contracting methods such as lump sum, GMP, cost plus, and fee-based construction.
- Proven record in increasing project profitability
- Knowledgeable in technical aspects of engineering and design disciplines.
- Ability to mentor and train other project staff
