About the role
- Develop, update and monitor job progress using QMS program
- Perform quantity take offs, cost estimates and bid solicitation
- Purchase and coordinate the delivery of materials for the project
- Review and approve invoices and change orders
- Communicate effectively with customers, consultants and subcontractors on projects
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university
- A minimum of three years related experience
- Basic computer skills including the ability to utilize word processing, spreadsheet and e-mail applications
- Working knowledge of scheduling applications as may be required
