• Design, test, and deploy physical infrastructure for Gravwell SAAS
• Monitor hardware availability and load and coordinate procurement for system scaling and fault tolerance
• Design, deploy, and audit security profiles for Gravwell SAAS infrastructure
• Develop cloud control systems to simplify maintenance and configuration of Gravwell SAAS
• Coordinate with backend developers to integrate cloud control methodologies into core on-prem products
• Profiling and optimize SAAS hardware and software stacks

Infrastructure Operations Engineer

Customer Success Manager

• Partner with customers to design, deploy, and integrate Gravwell within complex OT and IT ecosystems
• Lead implementation and onboarding engagements, ensuring successful deployment and knowledge transfer
• Develop and document custom integrations, data pipelines, and automations tailored to customer needs
• Collaborate with engineering teams to test and refine integration modules, sensors, and connectors
• Create reusable detection logic, queries, and dashboards to accelerate time-to-value
• Troubleshoot Linux systems, network communications, and application integrations in production environments
• Deliver customer training sessions and technical documentation to build self-sufficiency and confidence
• Act as a technical advocate during escalations and system performance reviews
• Contribute to product feedback and roadmap discussions based on real-world customer experiences

• Candidates must be self-motivated, comfortable working remotely, and willing to learn and tackle challenges.
