About the role

  • Close new business - through proactive prospecting identify and win new enterprise logos across EMEA and North America
  • End-to-end sales ownership - Manage the complete sales lifecycle from prospecting and qualification through negotiation, contract execution, and ongoing account growth.
  • Drive lead generation - Work with Marketing to design, structure and drive lead generation campaigns around offerings.
  • Revenue target achievement - Deliver against monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and revenue targets through disciplined pipeline management and accurate forecasting.
  • Lead the opportunity - Orchestrate proposal development, solution design, and commercial negotiations, bringing together technical and delivery teams to craft winning solutions
  • Client relationship management - Build trusted, long-term relationships with senior management at target firms, serving as the focal point for all prospect and customer communications.
  • Service offering development - Partner with consulting teams to identify client buying patterns and feed insights into service offerings.
  • Sales leadership & culture - Lead by example through strong sales behaviours that inspire the wider organisation.

Requirements

  • 7+ years field experience of quota-carrying in a technology consulting services organisation
  • Ability to articulate the business value of complex AI solutions and technology services
  • Demonstrable success in defining a sales strategy and winning new enterprise clients
  • Knowledge of AI/ML technologies and their enterprise applications
