Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a closing role, with experience both sourcing your own leads and working with warm leads.
- A track record of consistent over-achievement against targets (monthly, quarterly, or annually).
- Experience with a direct sales motion.
- The customers you’ve worked with previously would have only outstanding things to say about you.
- You creatively and independently solve problems, you communicate clearly, you’re not afraid to ask for help when you need it, and you’re inherently curious.
- You’re a pragmatic optimist eager to rapidly grow personally and professionally.
- Nice to Have: Expertise in corporate decarbonization efforts.
- Experience working at a startup or other fast-paced, rapidly scaling organization.
- Comfort selling or upselling transformative SaaS to enterprise customers.
- Knowledge of industrial customers’ systems, emissions profiles, and/or business needs.
- Knowledge of private equity and/or experience selling into PE.
