About the role

  • Set and uphold a high creative standard across all projects and campaigns
  • Guide the development of campaign concepts aligned to client strategy
  • Ensure creative work is both impactful and commercially effective
  • Provide hands-on creative input where needed across concept, design and content direction
  • Mentor and coach creative team members to improve craft and confidence
  • Support the growth of internal and offshore teams through regular feedback and collaboration
  • Build a culture of strong thinking, innovation and continuous improvement
  • Act as a senior creative partner to clients, providing strategic input and guidance
  • Clearly articulate creative thinking in meetings and presentations
  • Work closely with account teams to shape direction and delivery
  • Review work in progress and provide clear, actionable feedback
  • Act as a final quality checkpoint before work is delivered
  • Identify and improve creative processes and workflows
  • Ensure consistency, accuracy and alignment with brand and strategy
  • Interpret and challenge creative briefs to ensure clarity and direction
  • Support prioritisation and workload management across the creative team
  • Collaborate with production, vendors and external partners where needed
  • Flag resourcing or delivery risks early

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Creative Director or Senior Creative Lead within an agency environment
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking and execution across multiple channels
  • Experience working with complex or enterprise clients, ideally within B2B or regulated sectors
  • Ability to balance hands-on creative work with leadership responsibilities
  • Strong communication skills, confident presenting to senior stakeholders and clients
  • Experience mentoring and developing creative teams
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
