About the role
- Act as the primary day-to-day contact for clients, ensuring effective communication and understanding of their needs.
- Translate client requirements into actionable plans, providing timely responses and clearly outlining next steps both to clients and internal teams.
- Manage scope of work to ensure proper tracking and delivery of all deliverables.
- Work closely with the project managers to manage tasks, deliverables and timelines that meet client goals.
- Partner with Media Planning & Activation teams to stay constantly informed on all media details.
- Work with Creative and production team on development and execution of creative materials from inception to full production.
- Demonstrate exceptional communication skills, fostering collaboration between internal and external local or global teams.
- Prepare initial drafts of estimates and proposals, emphasizing transparency in project scope, costs, and expectations.
- Work with global teams and talent to provide comprehensive solutions aligning with client objectives.
- Serve as the meticulous proofer and final reviewer for all materials, upholding the highest standards of precision and quality.
- Exhibit creative and solution-oriented problem-solving skills, addressing challenges and proposing innovative solutions.
Requirements
- 3+ years of proven experience in an agency environment, with a track record of successful projects.
- Experience with media, content and video production.
- Exceptional attention to detail, organization, written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong command of Microsoft Office products, including Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Proficiency in project management platforms like Asana; experience with HubSpot and NetSuite is beneficial.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and adept at working autonomously.
- Adept at creative problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
- Open to some travel for this position based on Client meeting needs.
