About the role

Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring it is visible, transparent, and understood by all team members
Work closely with engineering during product discovery, sprint planning, and development to turn high-level strategy into actionable stories
Write and refine JIRA user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical requirements in close collaboration with engineers
Facilitate sprint ceremonies, ensuring smooth collaboration and alignment between product and engineering
Collect and prioritise customer, user, and stakeholder needs to guide backlog decisions
Act as the bridge between senior Product Managers and engineering teams, ensuring that strategic goals are delivered through technical execution
Monitor sprint progress, remove blockers, and make trade-off decisions to keep delivery on track
Collaborate with UI/UX and QA to ensure a high-quality, user-centered product experience
Support customer-facing teams with product knowledge when needed

Strong technical foundation — ideally with prior experience in software engineering, solution engineering, architecture, or consulting
Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable requirements
Experience working with Agile teams, including backlog management, sprint planning, and user story creation
Understanding of REST APIs and adjacent technologies
Exposure to or curiosity about modern platforms and concepts like Kubernetes, GraphQL, event-driven architecture, security, and AI
Strong communication skills to work with engineers, designers, and business stakeholders
A proactive, collaborative mindset with an eagerness to learn and grow
