About the role
- Develop, implement, and optimize talent acquisition processes, reporting, and systems across the globe
- Manage a team of TA Coordinators to coordinate various recruiting operational activities
- Create and influence sourcing strategies, reporting/analytics, and recruiting best practices
- Manage ATS data tracking and analytics to provide insights and drive process improvement
- Prepare reporting on KPI’s as needed
Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in recruitment and/or recruitment operations
- 5-7 years of managing teams
- Bachelor's Degree or related experience
- Proficient ATS Recruiting Skills
- Expert level Microsoft Office skills
- Strong understanding of compliance and employment laws
