Customer Advocate

• Field tier 1 customer inquiries by way of phone, email, chat, and our ticketing system across a range of products and services
• Directly troubleshoot customer issues and resolve them by implementing attainable solutions
• Evaluate and escalate bugs to development as they come to your attention inside the product
• Provide feedback to develop support processes. Your input will ultimately add value for our customers
• Apply technical writing skills in contributing to our growing knowledge bases (e.g. FAQs, Help Center, Training Material, Internal Documentation).
• Empathize with customers by taking ownership and reassuring them that you will resolve their issues in a thorough, thoughtful, and timely manner
• Work cross-functionally with other members within the organization

Customer Advocate – T1

Social Media Manager

• Develop and execute a social media strategy across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
• Plan and publish daily/weekly content in alignment with campaigns, events, and product launches.
• Collaborate with Creative and Video to deliver social-first content (short-form video, reels, graphics).
• Monitor engagement, respond to community interactions, and build Granum’s digital presence.
• Track and report social metrics tied to awareness, engagement, and pipeline contribution.
• Build and manage Granum’s Brand Ambassador program.
• Recruit, contract, and onboard influencers and industry advocates.
• Negotiate deliverables, exclusivity terms, and incentives.
• Coordinate ambassador involvement in events, webinars, podcasts, and product launches.
• Run ongoing ambassador engagement (calls, workshops, recognition programs).
• Track ROI of ambassador activity (reach, engagement, UTM/codes → MQLs, SALs, logos).
• Partner with Partner Programs Manager to align ambassador activities with broader ecosystem strategy.
• Work with Brand Experience Manager to integrate ambassadors into events and activations.
• Support Demand Gen and Product Marketing by fueling campaigns with ambassador and social content.

Product Marketing

• Become and serve as an expert on our product, our customers, and our market to lead product launch and product adoption strategies across our company.
• Conduct customer and market research to inform roadmap focus, adoption barriers, and messaging; synthesize insights into specific recommendations for Product and GTM.
• Partner with Product Managers and PMM Leadership to inform product roadmaps so we deliver features that customers need, driving new customer acquisition and deeper adoption.
• Translate product capabilities into positioning, messaging, and enablement resources for Sales and CX; maintain a single source of truth for value narratives and talk tracks.
• Map the product adoption lifecycle by segment and workflow; define target audiences, key activation events, and the narrative that connects product value to real customer outcomes.
• Lead cross‑functional GTM pods for priority product areas to drive adoption, acting as the strategy owner and program manager across Product, CX, and Sales.
• Run launch and lifecycle programs for specific product coverage areas (e.g., CRM, Estimating, Reporting), including alpha/beta, positioning, internal enablement, customer comms, and measurement.
• Own in‑app communications and activation journeys (e.g., guided walkthroughs, checklists, nudges) to reduce time‑to‑value and increase feature engagement across new and existing customers.
• Lead cross-functional product sunsetting and migration plans, ensuring proactive messaging, risk mitigation, and training that protect retention.
• Support CX to deliver live training, community webinars, and in‑person workshops that reinforce the “way to work” in product and convert awareness into usage.
• Support Sales to deliver a compelling product pitch of the product that aligns with the defined ideal customer profile to increase new customer acquisition.
• Support pricing/packaging recommendations aligned to adoption goals and customer value realization.

Product Marketing Manager

• You'll be deeply hands-on, collaborating with Platform and AI teams, and reporting to the VP of Engineering (Platforms & AI Enablement).
• Leading Security Foundations: Implementing technical security controls across Azure/AWS, networks, and applications using infrastructure as code, automation, and DevSecOps.
• Driving Policy into Practice: Creating and operationalizing security policies, benchmarks, and guardrails with a focus on automation and self-service for engineers, translating governance into CI/CD checks and access controls.
• Championing Security as Code: Building and maintaining security-relevant Terraform modules and IaC policies, evolving our infrastructure repo, and fostering "security as code" throughout the SDLC.
• Shifting Left on Security: Embedding static analysis, dependency/container scanning, and compliance checks into CI/CD pipelines (Github Actions).
• Governing Identity, Access, & Secrets: Designing secure patterns for RBAC, multi-tenant SaaS security, and key management (Azure AD/OAuth/OIDC).
• Strengthening Data Security: Enhancing application-level controls (e.g., RBAC, audit logs, data classification) and guiding engineering on secure coding and AI/ML pipeline management.
• Securing AI/ML Workflows: Developing security and governance for AI/ML, including handling of training data (PII), model access/audit, and AI-powered features.
