About the role

  • Provide enthusiastic support to Payroll, Benefits, and HRIS Administrators by handling HR inquiries
  • Process employee data transactions and assist with benefit enrollment and payroll processing
  • Understands HR data confidentiality and security policies
  • Provide exemplary customer service and escalate issues when necessary
  • Process employee self-service requests such as address changes, tax withholding changes, and benefit enrollments
  • Conduct routine data audits for accuracy
  • Troubleshoot basic HRIS, payroll, and benefits application issues
  • Manage Payroll and Benefits inboxes and respond to inquiries
  • Assist in project management during mergers and acquisitions

Requirements

  • 3-5 years working with confidential employee data
  • Experience in digital file management
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks requiring rigorous and meticulous attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills regardless of the audience
  • Proficiency in MS Office is required (specifically Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Previous experience with UKG (formerly UltiPro) is strongly preferred
