About the role
- Provide enthusiastic support to Payroll, Benefits, and HRIS Administrators by handling HR inquiries
- Process employee data transactions and assist with benefit enrollment and payroll processing
- Understands HR data confidentiality and security policies
- Provide exemplary customer service and escalate issues when necessary
- Process employee self-service requests such as address changes, tax withholding changes, and benefit enrollments
- Conduct routine data audits for accuracy
- Troubleshoot basic HRIS, payroll, and benefits application issues
- Manage Payroll and Benefits inboxes and respond to inquiries
- Assist in project management during mergers and acquisitions
Requirements
- 3-5 years working with confidential employee data
- Experience in digital file management
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks requiring rigorous and meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills regardless of the audience
- Proficiency in MS Office is required (specifically Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Previous experience with UKG (formerly UltiPro) is strongly preferred
