- Quantify multi‑dimensional value across operations, policy, and constituent experience.

Requirements
- 8–10+ years of experience in public sector technology, consulting, value engineering, or solution engineering.
- Demonstrated success leading large, complex, or multi‑agency transformation initiatives involving AI, automation, or digital modernization.
- Deep, practical expertise in agentic AI, LLMs, business process optimization, workflow automation, and intelligent service delivery.
- Recognized subject matter expertise in one or more: permitting/licensing, social/public benefit programs, public engagement, or digital services.
- Proven ability to influence and advise executive stakeholders, including CIOs, program directors, and policy leaders.
- Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, Mural, or similar process and workflow modeling tools.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills with the ability to lead complex conversations and drive consensus.
