About the role
- Manage multiple, complex, mission-driven projects for public sector clients, overseeing scope, maintaining decks and documentation, and establishing timelines
- Offer expertise as a trusted advisor, anticipating customer needs based on data and best practices
- Coordinate across diverse teams to optimize customer service delivery and ensure quality assurance
- Enable project teams with effective communication plans for timely task completion
- Prepare and present project progress reports for key stakeholders
- Develop and deliver live virtual training to enable customers on product to meet their use cases
Requirements
- 2 years of experience in Software Implementation program/project management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proven record of accomplishment in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks to ensure deadlines are met
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis and trend analysis to identify opportunities and areas of improvement
- Knowledge of project management tools, methodologies, and best practices
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Be organized and manage your own workload
- Ability to manage conflict and influence decision-making at all levels of the organization
- Ensure timely and thorough communication of strategy, deliverable status, and results
- Proven ability to flex between the technical and business sides of your brain – engineers and cross-functional team members alike love to work with you
- Excellent communications skills – listening, verbal, and written
- Expertise with Web 2.0, social media and web Interactive capabilities, including digital communication options (email, SMS, RSS, etc.)
- Have experience working with remote teams
