About the role

  • Be the first point of contact for inbound email and chat queries
  • Independently and effectively resolve all queries
  • Redirect technical issues and bugs to technology team
  • Liaise with development team to resolve client concerns
  • Keep customers and staff in AU, CA, US and UK informed about open/pending issues
  • Develop detailed understanding of EngagementHQ platform
  • Build credibility with customers by empathising and understanding needs
  • Report to Client Support Manager in India and work closely with Development and Product teams
  • Night shift Canada timing after up to six months training

Requirements

  • Ability to speak, write and read French (C1 French)
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Home-office environment with reliable internet meeting OH&S standards
  • Flexible to work night shift (Canada timing) after training
  • Ability to work shifts and be flexible to work other shifts
  • Willingness to take required privacy training
  • Responsible for preserving Confidentiality, Integrity, and Availability of information assets
