About the role

  • Conduct end-to-end recruitment and selection processes for Technology, Design, and Product teams, from aligning candidate profiles with hiring managers to final hiring decisions.
  • Perform candidate screening and competency-based interviews, and support technical interviews and test administration.
  • Proactively hunt for tech talent (LinkedIn, Gupy, communities, and networking).
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience with clear communication throughout the process.
  • Work closely with People BPs, leadership, and involved teams to ensure smooth and aligned hiring.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience as a Tech Recruiter, primarily recruiting for software engineering roles (back-end, front-end, full-stack, mobile, etc.).
  • Experience in recruitment and selection at a mid-level, with autonomy to lead selection processes.
  • Experience conducting competency-based interviews.
  • Ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously, with strong organizational skills and a clear sense of priorities.
  • Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor when interacting with candidates and hiring managers.
