Create and iterate on user flows, wireframes, and prototypes that help bring ideas to life.
Conduct research and usability testing to inform design decisions and advocate for user needs.
Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, researchers, and other designers to create impactful solutions for tens of millions of daily active users.
Participate in weekly design critiques to share your work, gather feedback, and refine your design thinking.
Contribute to Grammarly's design system, gaining hands-on experience with maintaining consistency and scalability across platforms.
Requirements
Can collaborate in person in our San Francisco hub at least two days per week.
Is available for the entire duration of a twelve-week program.
Is currently enrolled in a full-time, degree-seeking program and in the process of obtaining a bachelor’s degree in human-computer interaction, user experience design, interaction design, user-centered design, product design, or another related field.
Has a portfolio showcasing user-centered design work, whether from coursework, passion projects, or previous internships.
Familiarity with Figma and other prototyping tools.
Demonstrates strong problem-solving and communication skills, especially when articulating design decisions and collaborating cross-functionally.
Is excited to learn and grow as a designer!
