About the role

  • Own the end-to-end design of enterprise experiences for Superhuman Go, from how proactive agent capabilities are configured and rolled out to how they show up in real day-to-day workflows.
  • Define and evolve critical user journeys for enterprise personas, turning complex systems into clear, usable experiences.
  • Design enterprise-ready agent configuration and control surfaces, such as feature enablement, data management, and model choices, so powerful AI behavior is safe and practical to deploy at scale.
  • Create trustworthy experiences around data protection, integrations, identity, audit logs, and clear transparency into what the agent can access and why.
  • Design highly polished interfaces and interactions, holding a high bar for craft, clarity, and visual excellence across both end-user and admin experiences.
  • Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Research, Content, and Security teams to align on trade-offs, resolve issues, and raise the bar for enterprise AI experiences that drive adoption and confidence.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of product design experience, with a track record of owning complex, cross-surface problems end to end.
  • Comfortable operating at a Staff level by setting direction, influencing partners, and raising quality beyond individual projects.
  • Experience designing enterprise experiences where trust, reliability, and clarity directly influence adoption.
  • Experience designing AI-native products, including shaping interactions where model behavior, uncertainty, constraints, and user trust are first-class design concerns.
  • Deep curiosity about emerging AI-native products and experiences.
  • Demonstrated strength in design craft, with a portfolio that shows polished UI, thoughtful interaction design, and strong attention to detail.
  • Strong systems thinker who can reason across user experience, complex systems, and agent behavior.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal guidance, manage priorities across multiple initiatives, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and thrive in fast-paced, results-driven environments.
Benefits
  • Excellent health care (including a wide range of medical, dental, vision, mental health, and fertility benefits)
  • Disability and life insurance options
  • 401(k) and RRSP matching
