About the role
- Sets and executes the enterprise strategy for onboarding and employee listening by aligning programs to business priorities and the broader talent agenda, ensuring a consistent, enterprise-wide approach that supports workforce performance and engagement.
- Designs, delivers, and continuously improves an end-to-end onboarding experience by leveraging data, stakeholder input, and scalable solutions to accelerate time to productivity, increase engagement, and strengthen cultural integration.
- Leads the organization’s employee listening ecosystem by overseeing engagement, pulse, lifecycle, and exit feedback mechanisms to ensure timely, relevant insights across the employee lifecycle.
- Translates employee data and feedback into actionable insights by synthesizing quantitative and qualitative inputs, driving measurable improvements at the enterprise, function, and team levels.
- Partners with HR Business Partners, senior leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders by collaborating across Operations, Talent Acquisition, Communications, Learning, and IT to drive adoption, alignment, and sustained impact.
- Enables leaders with tools, resources, and guidance by providing practical frameworks and insights that support effective action on onboarding and engagement results.
- Leads and develops a high-performing team by fostering capability growth, accountability, and collaboration while managing complex, cross-functional initiatives with strong project management discipline.
- Measures program effectiveness by using metrics, dashboards, qualitative insights, and external benchmarks to continuously refine strategies and ensure alignment with best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field required
- 7+ years in Talent Management, HR, or Organizational Effectiveness, with demonstrated enterprise-level impact required
- Proven experience leading onboarding and/or employee listening programs in a complex organization.
- Excellent project management capabilities, including managing multiple workstreams, timelines, and stakeholders.
- Experience leading and developing a team.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data, insights, and metrics to inform decisions.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
- Sound judgment, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to navigate ambiguity.
