About the role
- Assist with product data stewardship and help ensure our product information is accurate, complete, and well-maintained across systems.
- Review product information for accuracy and completeness and update records within our Product Information Management (PIM) system.
- Communicate with internal team members and vendors to confirm correct product data.
- Reformat vendor and data-provider files to align with internal upload templates.
- Assist in maintaining product cross-references and substitutions when vendors or preferred products change.
- Review product attributes, technical specifications, descriptions, and units of measure (UOM) for consistency.
- Help gather and organize enhanced product content to support eCommerce, operations, and catalog needs.
- Support Product Management with new product setup requests and related data entry.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Course of study in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Exposure to eCommerce, digital merchandising, content management, data systems, or product catalogs
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
- Comfortable asking questions and seeking clarification when needed
- Strong task initiation, organization, and planning skills
- Ability to work effectively and independently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable learning new applications and software
