About the role
- Manage leaders’ calendars, prioritize meeting requests, and coordinate meeting logistics.
- Coordinate travel and itineraries for the leader and their team, as needed.
- Anticipates needs and streamlines processes for aligned VPs.
- Prepares reports, communications, and presentation materials.
- Manages department events and employee engagement activities, including managing logistics such as venue, food, and onsite support.
- Partner with stakeholders and other departments to support business operations.
- Serve as a liaison between the VP and internal/external stakeholders.
- Manage departmental systems and expense tracking, including generating routine reports to support operational efficiency and budget oversight.
- Plays a key role in onboarding and backup support for other admins.
- Demonstrates knowledge of business operations and supports process improvements.
Requirements
- 3+ years of administrative experience
- Experience supporting multiple executive leaders and/or departments
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- High attention to detail and strong customer service orientation
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
