About the role
- Leads complex, high‑risk, and sensitive investigations and performance improvement cases
- Conducts ER assessments, audits, investigations, and performance coaching
- Provides strategic, data‑driven counsel to senior leaders
- Owns or co‑leads enterprise ER initiatives to enhance investigation rigor
- Mentors ER Advisors and Specialists to build enterprise capability
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business or a related field
- 5+ years in progressive leadership in employee relations, human resources or a comparable area
- Demonstrates advanced ER case management and investigative expertise
- Applies employment laws with sound judgment in varied, ambiguous scenarios
- Uses data and analytics to drive fact‑based, predictive insights and recommendations
