Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business or a related field
  • 5+ years in progressive leadership in employee relations, human resources or a comparable area
  • Demonstrates advanced ER case management and investigative expertise
  • Applies employment laws with sound judgment in varied, ambiguous scenarios
  • Uses data and analytics to drive fact‑based, predictive insights and recommendations
