About the role
- Participate in a 4-week paid training program to learn essential selling skills.
- Hybrid work schedule permitting two remote workdays per week after training.
- Manage a book of 100+ mid-size customer accounts associated with 1-2 industries.
- Source and prioritize new sales opportunities through outbound phone calls and email.
- Meet daily outbound call expectations and monthly sales goals; grow revenue using Grainger products, services, and technology.
- Report to the Manager of Inside Sales; work in a team-oriented sales-center environment.
- Role includes uncapped commission opportunity and performance-based earnings.
- Start date for this position will be 2025-10-06.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Comfort spending 50% or more of the day working with customers over the phone
- Experience with a customer relationship management software, such as Salesforce, is a plus
