- Business Systems Engineer role in Lake Forest, IL supporting ServiceNow integrations, ETL design, API development, and custom portal widgets.
- Collaborate on data source modelling, import workflows and asynchronous integrations to improve service delivery.
- Position may require up to 10% domestic travel and allows remote work from anywhere in the U.S.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field plus 3 years related experience.
- Design the data source model to feed data into different target tables using ETL Robust Transformer functionality.
- Design import of daily call logs from 3rd party application to ServiceNow instance using pagination method in Rest API to avoid performance issues.
- Develop asynchronous API calls using flow designers, IntegrationHub and Import Set API.
- Build custom portal widgets to collect the feedback survey from end users upon using the services.
- Up to 10% domestic travel.
- 100% remote work allowed from anywhere in the U.S.
