About the role

  • Drive how Grail scales opportunities for content creators by growing client relationships and identifying new business
  • Upsell clients on TikTok Shop services and longer term marketing plans
  • Oversee and optimise client relationships and maintain regular check-ins to ensure satisfaction and spot upsell opportunities
  • Research and identify potential brand partners and agencies
  • Build and manage a pipeline of inbound and outbound leads
  • Work closely with internal talent teams to align on talent availability and brand fit
  • Provide additional coverage for US time zones and work varied hours as required
  • Based in Farringdon, London with hybrid working arrangements

Requirements

  • Comfortable in a sales environment
  • Highly organized
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Experience pitching talent and working closely with talent teams
  • Ability to identify new business and upsell clients on TikTok Shop services and longer term marketing plans
  • Ability to build and manage a pipeline of inbound and outbound leads
