Software Engineer

• Leading a team of 20+ engineers and growing them over time, including managing managers, developing a team of engineers, providing regular feedback and supporting each person’s growth through career conversations.
• Collaborate closely with product, design and engineering leadership to define goals that move the Logs group forward and align with broader business objectives. Drive the product vision from listening to customer feedback and anticipating market trends.
• Provide guidance throughout the project lifecycle from early ideation through planning, execution and post‑launch guiding the team to deliver high‑quality outcomes consistently.
• Foster a psychologically safe environment where engineers can learn, experiment and iterate quickly, encouraging innovation and a culture of continuous improvement.
• Work across team boundaries by contributing to projects outside your team’s scope and partnering with other functions to solve customer problems.

Director of Engineering – Loki Databases

• Build and own segmented talent pipelines for our most critical and recurring sales roles.
• Partner with Sales Recruiters and Leadership to stay two steps ahead of demand.
• Map the external sales talent landscape — who the best people are, where they work, and what would motivate their next move.
• Build targeted lists of screened and qualified profiles, and source across LinkedIn, referrals, industry events, and social media.
• Lead relationship-first outreach centred on the candidate's career journey.
• Conduct structured conversations to understand aspirations, motivators, compensation expectations, and mobility.
• Serve as an ambassador for Grafana Labs' employer brand among passive sales talent.
• Maintain rigorous pipeline hygiene — segmenting by role type, seniority, readiness, and geography.
• Work in close partnership with Sales Recruiters — you own the top of funnel; they own the bottom.

Sales Sourcer – Talent Architect

Solutions Engineer

• Partnering with Channel Sales and Field Sales to convey Grafana’s vision, value, and technical strategy to partners
• Leading technical engagement with partners to drive deal progression and close opportunities
• Delivering product demos, technical presentations, and hands-on enablement sessions
• Shaping and expanding the reach of Grafana Partner University across multiple partner personas
• Collaborating with internal teams to provide product and competitive feedback
• Supporting selling motions like Sell-To, Embedded, and PoweredBy, either directly or jointly with partners
• Running high-impact workshops and 1:1 training to generate and progress pipeline
• Travelling up to 50% to support partner engagements
