Handle corporate security initiatives.
Define internal AI rollout and security strategy.
Manage relationships with core SaaS vendors.
Ensure visibility of work and costs to stakeholders.
Leverage the Grafana product to solve challenges.
Act as a leader within the Foundations department.
Conduct coaching and mentoring for team members.

Requirements

Experience running a software engineering operations team
Strong engineering background
Understanding of cloud providers
Knowledge of Kubernetes
Managing and automating corporate IT systems
Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, MacOS, Linux, iOS, Android)
Experience with SSO (Okta, 1Password)
Knowledge of workplace productivity tools (Google Workspace, Office)
MDM experience (Jamf, Intune, FleetDM, Kolide)
Familiarity with corporate SaaS platforms (Salesforce, Zendesk)
Knowledge of AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Cursor, Google, etc)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Work Eastern-time oriented hours
