About the role

  • Own regional enablement strategy & execution (EMEA)
  • Partner with leadership to understand priorities and skill gaps
  • Extend global enablement programs to EMEA
  • Own reinforcement of sales methodologies through workshops
  • Support global onboarding delivery and ramp reinforcement

Requirements

  • 3+ years in GTM enablement, sales leadership, or related role
  • 2+ years prior quota-carrying experience
  • Command of the Message experience (required)
  • MEDDPICC experience (required)
  • Excellent facilitation skills
  • Strong cross-functional partnership skills
  • Data-informed and field-oriented
