• Plan, execute and optimize the digital marketing strategy with a focus on performance, ensuring the generation of qualified leads
• Manage agencies, vendors and digital channels, maintaining a strong interface between marketing, sales and CRM, and overseeing the entire customer journey
• Define and lead the digital marketing strategy (performance and brand/institutional)
• Plan, monitor and optimize campaigns across online channels (Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube, portals, etc.)
• Create and implement growth initiatives and A/B tests for continuous performance improvement
• Manage lead flow and ensure quality from generation through delivery to the sales team
• Administer the CRM (lead management, funnel, reporting and integrations)
