Key responsibilities & impact

Provide administrative, legal and operational support to the Legal Department, including drafting, analyzing and reviewing contracts, monitoring legal proceedings, organizing documentation, and responding to internal requests.
Support legal management to ensure compliance, agility and security in processes related to the real estate and construction business.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Law degree (in progress or completed);
Experience in the legal field;
Knowledge of contract drafting and review;
Experience monitoring legal proceedings;
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint);
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Differentials:
Experience in the real estate and/or construction industry;
Experience with real estate contracts;
Knowledge of the Sienge and CV - Construtor de Venda platforms;
Experience in physical and digital document management.
