About the role

  • Leading and managing operational teams (Support, Monitoring, Analytics), ensuring seamless day-to-day performance;
  • Developing and implementing operational strategies aligned with the overall Payments Gateway vision;
  • Driving process optimization, risk management, and compliance within a high-risk industry environment;
  • Ensuring automation, efficiency, and scalability of payment operations across multiple jurisdictions;
  • Collaborating with Product, Technology, and Compliance teams to deliver operational excellence and support product growth;
  • Defining and monitoring KPIs for operational performance, ensuring high service levels and continuous improvement;
  • Acting as a key business partner to the Chief Payments Gateway Officer, providing insights and recommendations on operations strategy;
  • Building, mentoring, and growing a strong operations team culture focused on accountability and results.

Requirements

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in senior operations leadership roles within payments, igaming, fintech or high-risk industries;
  • Deep understanding of payment flows, support, monitoring, analytics, risk management in complex environments;
  • Strong track record of managing large, cross-functional operational teams;
  • Experience working in fast-paced, global, and high-regulation industries;
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into actionable operational plans;
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills;
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, international setup with multiple time zones and regulatory frameworks.
