About the role

  • Developing and maintaining a high-quality CRM database with accurate, segmented, and up-to-date contact and account information;
  • Prospecting and researching new companies and opportunities while discovering prospects’ needs, pains, and business challenges;
  • Driving sales opportunities end-to-end from first contact through negotiation, contract signing, and service activation;
  • Preparing tailored business proposals and drafting contracts aligned with corporate templates and legal requirements;
  • Aligning sales proposals and strategies with the CBDO and internal stakeholders to ensure product and business fit;
  • Documenting all business development and sales activities, interactions, and progress consistently in the CRM;
  • Managing own sales funnel to meet and overachieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly revenue targets;
  • Demonstrating strong product, market, and competitor knowledge while representing the brand at events and continuously improving sales skills.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience as a Business Development Manager within the iGaming industry;
  • Strong verbal communication skills with confident business English proficiency at B2 level or above;
  • Ability to identify customer needs through effective questioning and build trust-based relationships;
  • Proven capability to work under pressure in a fast-paced sales environment and handle rejection;
  • High level of self-organization, time management, and motivation for continuous learning;
  • Experience with CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce and modern lead qualification methods;
  • Solid understanding of iGaming products, market trends, competitors, and basic negotiation principles;
  • Ability to manage the full sales cycle independently, from lead generation to deal closure;
  • Experience representing the company externally at industry events and building a professional network within iGaming;
  • English proficiency at B2 level or above, with strong oral communication skills.
