About the role

  • Manage, optimize, and scale Google Ads & Microsoft Ads campaigns across multiple ad types, including search, display, demand generation, PMax, standard shopping, and YouTube.
  • Manage up to 10-12 accounts or a total MRR of $50,000.
  • Ability to lead client calls and provide in-depth explanations of account performance, trends, and strategic recommendations.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to deliver strategies and ad copy that align with client goals.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, bringing new knowledge to the department and contributing to team growth.
  • Use internal project management tools like Monday to organize workflows, track campaign performance, and meet client deadlines.

Requirements

  • Advanced proficiency in Google Ads, Google Ads Editor, Google Analytics, and other digital marketing platforms.
  • Ability to manage mid to high-value accounts with varying levels of ad spend and deliver measurable performance improvements.
  • Understanding of digital marketing strategies and optimization techniques across various ad types.
  • Strong client-facing communication skills with a proven ability to lead client calls and provide strategic insights.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
