• Develop, maintain, and own detailed project plans, timelines, and scopes across multiple workstreams, ensuring alignment with approved budgets and delivery expectations.

Account Manager, Media Services

Performance Marketing

• Independently manage paid social campaigns, optimizing ad placements, targeting, and creative to meet client goals.
• Handle client servicing by effectively engaging with mid-level stakeholders to discuss ad performance, audience targeting adjustments, and creative testing.
• Identify and escalate critical performance issues, ad disapprovals, and client concerns with a clear resolution plan.
• Manage 8-10 accounts at full bandwidth or $40,000 in Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR).
• Proficient in setting up and managing campaigns on Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn Ads with a focus on platform best practices.
• Conduct A/B testing, audience segmentation, and creative adjustments to improve engagement and ROI.

Campaign Manager, Paid Social

• Build, launch, and manage Google Ads campaigns across search, display, shopping platforms, and all other campaign types.
• Own accounts and assist other campaign managers when needed with conducting optimizations for search term reports, placement audits, and ad copy creation.
• Manage and update shopping feeds within Google Merchant Center. Optimize accounts and provide recommendations that demonstrate measurable performance improvements.
• Manage up to 12 accounts with a total Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) of $30,000 and a managed spend of $100,000.
• Assist media buyers and account managers daily with meeting notes, follow-ups, and asset collection via Slack or email. Contribute to strategic discussions on achieving client goals within campaign scopes. Independently write post-call analysis and present reporting insights.
• Work closely with the creative team to implement best practices for all campaign types in terms of copy and visuals. Write and launch approved search ads, ensuring they align with client goals and performance metrics.
• Stay current on Google Ads updates, industry trends, and new marketing strategies. Contribute articles or topics to team meetings to enhance department skills.
• Use internal tools (e.g., Monday, Notion, Slack, Zoom) to collaborate and track campaign performance. Foster relationships with internal team members and collaborate on best practices to achieve client outcomes.

Associate Campaign Manager, Paid Search

• Manage, optimize, and scale Google Ads & Microsoft Ads campaigns across multiple ad types, including search, display, demand generation, PMax, standard shopping, and YouTube.
• Manage up to 10-12 accounts or a total MRR of $50,000.
• Ability to lead client calls and provide in-depth explanations of account performance, trends, and strategic recommendations.
• Collaborate with creative teams to deliver strategies and ad copy that align with client goals.
• Stay updated on industry trends, bringing new knowledge to the department and contributing to team growth.
• Use internal project management tools like Monday to organize workflows, track campaign performance, and meet client deadlines.
