About the role

  • Own and manage the East Grocery business end-to-end
  • Lead buyer relationships across key retailers
  • Establish a monthly business review cadence
  • Deliver flawless launches on-time and in-full
  • Build and maintain a continuous pipeline of opportunities
  • Own promo planning and post-event analysis
  • Develop retailer-specific playbooks

Requirements

  • 5+ years of CPG sales experience
  • At least 2 years calling on a major grocery retailer (Kroger experience strongly preferred)
  • Demonstrated understanding of Grocery channel economics
  • Proven experience expanding distribution
  • Strong financial acumen
  • Highly analytical and skilled at synthesizing data
  • Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Slides
  • Experience managing brokers
  • Successfully launched new items
